The entire staff from the front office to the assistants and dentist were top notch. All were so kind and gracious. Dr Blatter was extremely thorough and took time to answer all my questions and concerns and made sure I walked away with full knowledge of an upcoming procedure. I went in looking for a second opinion and walked away feeling so much better about what is ahead and a solid treatment plan I feel confident with.
It took a long time to consider this review, but I feel the need to express how AWFUL our final result was with Dr. Blatter. He has great credentials on paper, but absolutely horrible results and is a bad dentist. The staff is nice and he is a nice person, but there is no attention to detail. He heard me but he wasn't listening. I came in with my teeth feeling great, just needing a teeth cleaning and grind guard replacement. 1-year later, I have severe pain when flossing due to the work Dr. Blatter did and no grind guard. I would highly recommend Aspen Springs Dental to everyone! After 18 years of not seeing a dentist I was feeling ashamed of the state of my teeth. I felt so supported, cared about, and welcomed. No products were pushed and everyone was so excited to help me on my healing journey. I wish every doctor’s office could learn from this excellent team of people who want to get excited about helping people heal!
