I stayed at Aspen this summer for 108 days while my mother was at St. Mary's Hospital, sorry to say it took me this long to getting around to write this review but it was a very pleasant stay, at least as pleasant as the reason I was there allowed. Staff was very friendly, housekeeping was spot on, there was some issues with the AC for a week or so but not bad. Hopefully I won't need to stay again but if mom is ever hospitalized again I would definitely stay at the Aspen.
The rooms were clean. Desk clerks was very helpful in answering your questions. Curtious. I would definitely stay here again.

We found a bedbug in room 207 and raised the issue to the employee behind the front desk. His only response was "I'll leave a note for housekeeping." No apology or anything. It's has a great location being right across from the Mayo, but there are plenty of other hotels nearby. EDIT: We spoke to another employee at the front desk was much more responsive. She called her manager right away. Then the manager called her extermenator right away.

We apologize for this inconvenience. The exterminator found only one other in the room on the top sheets. Thank you for communicating the issue so we could prompltly deal with the matter. The room will be treated for two days. We found no other issues.
This hotel was the most convenient possible hotel location, and we have booked it again for our upcoming trip back to Mayo... Breakfast was small but sufficient (love the waffle). Rooms were comfortable, and updated. parking was easy. staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked all the huge windows in the halls, it felt more open and less claustrophobic than a regular hotel hallway without windows.
