Super recommend, great staff, clean facilities. Great location to live.
This is my first apartment I'm so excited to live here the property is beautiful and so are the apartments. Work orders go through fast.... my only complaint is the fact the indoor pool and spa are closed right now.
Great place to live! Love my apartment it's very quiet and the amenities are updated. Maintience is fast at and work order also. Aspen Ridge will be the last apartment i ever live in!
It's a beautiful property. Major complaints I have are all the "this and that fees" you get on each rent/bill each month that can never be explained. Someone is rarely in the office and all the ladies that work there never know what they're doing.
Despite the dishonest employee who lied to me about rent increases to get me to sign a lease when occupancy was low and the housing market tanked, the supervisor in the leasing office redeemed my trust and turned out to be the first apartment leasing agent I've ever dealt with who is honestly just trying to do a good job for her employer, but remain fair, reasonable, courteous, direct and honest when dealing with the tenants.
