I don't recommend anyone living here and that is because of the rodent issue that they have and I had one rodent incident in May then fast forwarding to September which was literally hell month for me because I had five rodents in one week I expressed to the leasing office that I will not continue to stay here if the situation doesn't change and I told them that sending maintenance in here and giving me mousetraps and looking for holes isn't proactive because that's what I do everyday when I come in here I have to check my m... read more

We move from CA and the rent is very affordable and the view is amazing !
Location is the best.close to everything you need.
Over priced and thin walls. The apartment had minor damages when I moved in, they are charging me. NO RECYCLING even though they charge you too much for trash. Scam! Paint job was horrible, drawers weren’t assembled correctly, lots of flaws in the remodel. Not worth the price
I'm looking forward to becoming a part of this beautiful community next month!
So pretty and clean and well kept. Cj in the office is super nice and friendly. Look forward to living here.
