From xray, to MRI, to surgery check in, to the front staff at check in, nurses at surgery pre op, admitting, after care, and the nurses that cared for me during my stay, just an all around professional staff and facility. Thank you for the care givin to me and my Family during my surgery stay. I truely felt like I was a family member and not just a patient. Highly recommended facility!!
As an inpatient nurse being on the other side with my 7 year old it was scary! Lindsey was amazing and so good with my son. She was amazing!! Dr. Hunter was amazing as well calling over the weekend after being discharged to see how he was doing!! I appreciate everything! My review is not as biased now being on the other end of things. I would recommend Aspen to anyone!!
Husband had procedure done and I was truly impressed with the quality of care and the amazing responsiveness of all staff. I was asked if I needed or wanted anything (as someone there waiting--not a patient) no less than 10 times. This included administration staff, custodial staff, nurses and doctors. I recommend highly.
We had the first major surgery done here in April and understandably working out the kinks. Today, July 14, we are having a procedure and had to be here at 6:30 for antibiotics. Now 7:00 and we still aren't in the back. Pre surgery call at 5:30 last night was after we were to start meds. Was hoping for better organization by now. Hopefully something starts to happen soon. :(
I had to have my gallbladder out on Thursday! Dr. Barten was a excellent Doctor! All the staff from being checked in through discharging was awesome ! I would recommend Aspen to anybody I know! Thanks for making my surgery not so bad !!
On Monday I had surgery at the new Aspen Medical Center..they had me checked in and ready to go in no time. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Anything I or my family needed they were on top of it. My nurse taylor walked with me after the surgery and stayed with me til I was able to go home. Very very nice facility and I'm very pleased with the care I was given.
