I lived here a few years ago and I loved it so much I came back. It is the most quaint and homey apartment complex I have lived in. I was able to snag an apartment with a pond view and I always missed it after my first time living here. The staff has always been great from 6 years ago and still to now. If the location is convenient for your day to day, then this is the place.
Loved being at Aspen Lakes for 3 years! The new office staff is AMAZING and all maintenance requests are completed well and efficiently. It’s a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood and definitely one of the best priced apartments you will find!
Resident since October 2024, I reccomend living here! - EFFICIENT LEASING PROCESS: My experience during the leasing process with Ali was efficient and she walked me through every step of the process as well as accomodated to my needs. - SAFE AND TIMELY MAINTENANCE: As a resident I feel safe in this community and every maintenance request has been addressed in a timely manner. - NEW APPLIANCES: Apartments are dated in terms of layout and interiors but I have been blessed with all new appliances.
I have been at Aspen Lakes for 2 Months and it is great. Very quite and the grounds are very neat and clean. Office staff is great the maintenance staff is also great. Great place to call home.
We've been living here in Aspen Lakes for 2yrs. Aspen Lakes apartment is the BEST apartment in Indianapolis!! Well maintain, quiet, safe, super clean. The maintenance crew and the office staff are friendly, helpful and AWESOME!!!
