Waste of time. DO NOT APPLY. Went there and applied for my family members, helping them get a place. And they couldnt give us a more valid reason on why they weren't approved. Dont bother applying if youre gonna say Immediate move in but it takes almost a whole freaking week to wait for an answer. And they never answer the freaking PHONE!!!!!
Will be late returning your deposit and still have the audacity to take money. Will get multiple stories to you on the phone about returning deposit. Will require to send a letter needing to threatening Legal action. Lived here nearly 3 years. It was always loud in the center court yard, and kids ride motor bikes even tho is against the rules. I am glad I’m out of there.
The main problem is the pool. A resident lets his daughter who runs a daycare use the pool on a daily basis. Today there was 8 of them. The children are poor mannered and their feet are filthy.
Best property management! Amanda was awesome. Great experience and would definitely recommend.
