Will be late returning your deposit and still have the audacity to take money. Will get multiple stories to you on the phone about returning deposit. Will require to send a letter needing to threatening Legal action. Lived here nearly 3 years. It was always loud in the center court yard, and kids ride motor bikes even tho is against the rules. I am glad I’m out of there.
The main problem is the pool. A resident lets his daughter who runs a daycare use the pool on a daily basis. Today there was 8 of them. The children are poor mannered and their feet are filthy.
Best property management! Amanda was awesome. Great experience and would definitely recommend.
Love living here. Maintenance requests are answered promptly. The staff that manages the property are super friendly and helpful. 10/31/2023 update Just got our full security deposit back in the mail. We lived there over three years and loved it! Super friendly management and maintenance. They answered every time I called. Thank you all so much!!
