I went to the Germantown location (called Maryland Family and General Dentistry). Similar experience to others. I had my initial exam which they don't make time for a teeth cleaning at. They gave me a treatment plan for two cavities with the incorrect cost. My insurance company contacted them and fixed the issue (it should be covered completely).
