My experience was disappointing. The front-desk customer service could have been more welcoming, and the check-in process felt very unorganized. Our appointments were at 7:00 a.m., but we were not seen until around 7:40. However, everyone we interacted with after check-in was very welcoming and pleasant. I hope the office improves its front-desk organization and communication to create a smoother experience for patients.

It’s a very scary thing to get your wisdom teeth removed, especially all 4 in one go but they made it feel so much better. They were very welcoming, warming and caring and super supportive making this process so much easier. Whenever I had a question or had a concern they were very attentive and consoling. Great service. Have been coming here and they never fail to do an amazing job. Thank you truly, to every staff member, everyone thank you.
