About as good as it gets The place is clean, well maintained, has fast wifi, decent amenities, and the shuttle is very handy for getting to campus and town. Although it is absurdly pricey, even for Amherst, you are at least getting the quality worth the money.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your feedback! We are glad you are enjoying your time here.
Great Accommodations Aspen Heights has great amenities like the shuttle and in-unit laundry that put it a step above other places to live in/around Amherst. It is a bit expensive and there have been some construction issues but the staff is very friendly, responsive, and always on top of things. It is always kept clean as well.
Business response:

Worth every penny! Aspen heights has been a wonderful experience. I have stayed here for almost 2 years now, and though the management team has changed but their effort and organisation is consistent. The complex is equipped with first class amenities, including vending machines, table tennis, printing and coffee machin providing free drinks. The staff is really friendly and responsive. Whenever you need something, such as a report for repair, you will get service in a timely manner. The apartments include all utilities like... read more

We really appreciate you taking the time to leave this positive review, Arushi! Please let us know if you need anything!
Noisiest building I’ve ever lived in Noisier than umass dorms Management had no meaningful follow up to noise issues. They told me to “sit tight” when there was an issue with the rent portal, then charged me a late fee. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent and there is no working physical port. For the very hefty price of the lease, it is not worth it. For that price I should be able to sleep at night at the very least and they can’t even do that.
Business response:

Great Place for Students Stayed here during a summer semester and had positive experience. Darin Terry
