My appointment started late, the appointment was extremely quick and then I sat and waited for over an hour and a half to book an appointment with a surgeon that wasn’t even in my insurance policy which wasted my time. Extremely disappointed that it took as long as it did. The office manager was extremely kind, and I could have skipped the entire appointment making process.
