I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this Aspen Dental location and the dentures I purchased. When I first came in, the staff was aware that I had implant posts in the upper part of my mouth. I was told that the Signature Elite dentures I was purchasing could later be converted into implant-supported dentures, but that they would function perfectly well as conventional dentures in the meantime. I came to this location based on the reviews, but I regret it. When I arrived, the front desk told me that the maximum amount I would owe would be $35 for an exam with or without insurance. I gave them my insurance card and went to the back for an evaluation. During the X-Ray, the tech used a mouth piece that was covered in chew marks and was not fully covered in plastic for sanitation.
