Not happy they weren't upfront with the cost. If they would've disclosed the upfront cost I would've opted out of treatments. I got a surprise charge of $500 without the office telling, or notifying me via phone call, email or letter. I found out through a collection agency because Aspen Dental failed to let me know they were charging me all this. I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I feel this "practice" wasn't and isn't transparent.
They are friendly, their customer service is 10 out of 10, and they are bilingual.
Went in for an evaluation of work needing to be done. The staff was very friendly, the doctor who checked out my teeth was very knowledgeable and friendly as well.

830 appointment they tell me there prepping for me how long does it take to prep for me already waiting more then half of hr go to make new appointment and then they tell me they will havevto call me this place sucks
