Very kind. Doc put me at ease and took the time to answer my questions. Techs gentle and efficient.
Don’t come here if you child has any sort of special needs or anxiety. My 9 year is scared of the dentist and has documented anxiety. They had zero patience with her and when she started crying they literally told me I could no longer bring her to the office and to find a different dental provider. And they will literally take everyone else in the waiting room first and leave you sitting there in the waiting room. What’s the purpose of even making an appointment. Very disappointed in the lack of care and compassion.
They cancelled my appointment that I booked almost a week in advance to tell me they won’t have anyone available on a Saturday when it’s the only day I can come in. Maybe don’t let people schedule appointments that you can’t accommodate as I now have to wait even longer when I have a cracked tooth that may risk infection. The girl on the phone didn’t care at all either. I’ve never been here but I’m definitely not coming in after this. What horrible service.
First timers couldn't have been better. Everyone was kind and professional and helpful.
