I had interview at 8am, its 40 minutes from me and I had to take half the day off work for this. I showed up 15 minutes early, as you should for an interview or any appointment. At 8:10am I am told its gonna be a bit longer the doctor is going to do a consultation with a patient befire seeing me. I said okay no problem. It is now 8:35am and they call me by the wrong name mind you, and tell me the doctor had left and I needed to reschedule my interview.... completely unprofessional! I was extremely upset. extremely friendly and knowledgeable team. I came in with a fair amount of dental anxiety and the whole team put me at ease. they explained everything and were able to work out a comfortable payment plan.
Very professional, personable, caring, and enjoyable visit. Which is saying a lot from someone who’s had bad dentist experiences. Dr. Brooks was very considerate about keeping me comfortable and keeping me relaxed during my appointment.
You'll be treated badly. You're nothing but money to them. They did a bad job on my denser. They did something to my bottom jaw carved away, bone left the nerve exposed and now all I have is pain in my mouth! And then they had the nerve to tell me , I owed him $30 after light taken over $5000 from my insurance company. The dentures they made for me very low quality. In fact quality was nonexistent!
