I came in for an emergency issue and was told I needed to complete multiple additional treatments before they would address the urgent problem. The approach felt overwhelming and, honestly, a bit like scare tactics rather than patient-focused care. Excellent staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. Quick turn-around. Did not like getting an appointment remider at 5:40 am, waking me up.
I would highly recommend you seek a different dentist to get your dentures, they are terrible about getting them to fit, they break, lost a tooth on a Friday, I have never had a tooth break off in any dentures I have ever had and I have had several. I used a temporary material to put the tooth back to get through the weekend. Because I did that they said after they fixed that tooth, they will no longer honor my 7 yr warranty which I am only a year into.
