Every one was very friendly throughout my whole process
This is a nice facility but they overcharge you for unnecessary stuff and at it to your bill without telling you. They also reschedule you multiple times at the last minute. How you you add a Sonicare to someone's bill and tell them it's included in their plan. We will not be going there.
Whatever you need GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! While I can say the staff was very friendly, friendly staff does not make up for poor business behaviors. Their entire business slogan is “clear up front estimates so you can have peace of mind without surprise billing” is a lie. I went in for a procedure and was quoted 289.20 for my service after they ran my insurance and was told payment had to be made up front before service. if i could give zero stars i would. we got there about 5 minutes early and we waited for 40 minutes. after reading some other reviews, it seems like this is a fairly often occurrence. waited 40 minutes and not a single person said anything. we were the only people in the waiting room and i saw one person come out of the exam rooms. this is utterly ridiculous. once we left we let the receptionist know she could cancel the appointment and she didn’t even ask why or anything she just said okay and we left.
