My experience at Aspen Dental was terrible. The prices were extremely high, and instead of helping me obtain prior authorizations through my insurance for recommended procedures, they seemed much more interested in getting me to sign up for financing. It felt like financing was being pushed before my insurance options were fully explored. On top of that, I witnessed who I believe was the office manager yelling at staff in front of patients. My hygienist Tiarra is the sweetest and funniest, she is so quick and always listens to any kind of concern I might have.
Tiarra is great!
Because of fear and anxiety, I try to avoid dentists - I came in to the Muncie office late in the afternoon with an issue that wasn’t an emergency but somewhat urgent and I was quite nervous. Even though it was late in the day, the team worked together, and quickly, to ensure my issue was handled that day. Tiara and Trystan were so supportive and caring.
