Been with aspen dental in Louisiana and now Michigan and this company, this location particularly, lack communication. Not the first time it has been confusion on my appointment times, prices, etc..im so over it and today will be the day I find a new office. Today I was 15 min late for my appointment due to me getting off in a timely manner. I called beforehand to let them know. The receptionist said it was OK. I arrived at 2:15.
