I specifically made an appointment for a cleaning in December. The appointment was rescheduled multiple times because of dental hygienists not showing up, they “accidentally” cancelled my appointment once (and wasted my time showing g up), changed my appt time without telling me once, and I rescheduled it once. I went in for a denture consultation and was given a different treatment plan. I asked the doctor for options for both and was told my dentures would be more expensive. Then I talked to the finance manager about both options and found out dentures were an option I could afford with financing. The finance manager left the room to get approval from the doctor then came back and I finished financing the procedure for dentures and paid cash that day also to make the payments smaller.
