Very painful X-rays. They are still using old methods. They do not do a cleaning at the initial “consult “ and you have to make a second visit to get a cleaning. I had requested a cleaning at my initial appointment and was contacted and told that could happen. It did not. I would not go back if it was not for my insurance.
First time at Aspen Dental and everything was great! friendly staff, smooth treatment, and I felt comfortable the entire time highly recommend.
I’ve been going here for years, and haven’t had a single bad experience. The doctor is knowledgeable and quick with procedures. The hygienist, Ashley always does a thorough job and ensures comfort throughout the visit.
Dr.Cook was very helpful and able to get my teeth looked at and start my process to get them fixed. Hyg. Monkeymaker was also helpful with other questions I had. Lakin the assistant was friendly and Kamon was awesome for helping my payment plan and saving me on my bill! Definitely recommend them for any dental work!
