I called and booked my first appointment with them. Was told I would have a full consultation, I said all I wanted was a cleaning. Never got the cleaning and they kept trying to sell me other services I did not want. Poor communication poor service and a waste of my time.

I am highly concerned with the knowledge of their staff. I had an appointment set and when they called me to go over things I informed them I was pregnant and almost to my second trimester. They told me they would not do any work until I was in my third trimester. I questioned this as this is not my first rodeo with being pregnant and needing dental work done and told them it should in fact be done in the second trimester. I have had nothing but good experiences at Aspen Dental in both Omaha and Council Bluffs. The Council Bluffs team is very friendly, timely and professional. Everyone in the office gives you a smile and hello which is very encouraging. The dentist knows her stuff and explains everything thoroughly and there's no pain in the procedures.
