They will aggressively push you to pay for a deep cleaning (SRP) as this is a corporate practice that needs to fulfill quotas. It feels like you’re interacting with robots here. A hygienist (Muaaz) came in, checked my gums and then told me I had periodontal disease. The whole time he mumbled and appeared to be reading some script. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Then, Dr. Princy Bhardwaj came in and was incredibly rude and pretty much yelled through the checkup.
