10/10! Patient care, A1. Patient teaching, A1. Teamwork, A1. The visit wasn’t rushed and everything was explained thoroughly. Dr. Sparks, the ladies at the front desk, Manny, Tammy, Sabrina, Dee, everyone was sooo nice. I was seen as a new patient yesterday and they were able to do my first treatment today. From the very beginning I was given a warm welcome. I came anxious/nervous and left at ease. Dr. Sparks and his whole team are the best, hands down. Wish I would’ve came sooner!
such a pleasant atmosphere in the office and everyone everyone from the front desk to the office manager to the text to the hygienist to the doctor himself or absolutely wonder an x-ray lady everybody was awesome to work with and so kind
I have one of the highest anxieties when it comes to needles and it was hard to say but probably one of the easiest tooth extractions I've had to have and I will go back to this Aspen clinic in Bartow as many times as I have to. The dock was great and the nurse assistants and I apologize and I cannot remember her name to save my life. Was by far the best assistant that I have ever been around. Thank you guys!
The staff were highly welcoming and professional, showing genuine concern for my condition. They recognized my pain and were prepared to assist me on extremely short notice. Although I arrived as a walk-in, I was treated as though I had been a long-term patient.
