The staff are super friendly, kind and caring. They are 100% committed to make sure the patient is comfortable especially if you get anxiety going to the dentist! I highly recommend them!
Courtney and front desk staff are awesome. Dentist is very friendly. Had the worst dental experience of my life today. Was left waiting in the waiting room for over an hour while 4 patients (who all arrived after me) were taken back for treatment before me. When i was seen the hygenist did not effectively numb me on the first attempt so I was given a second shot. Excellent customer service the office staff was fantastic. The Dr was great he answered my questions and listened to my concerns. I’m glad I decided to go into this location and make an appointment.
After having a terrible experience with Aspen dental in North Carolina, where they wasted my time by double booking. After moving to Bartow FL. I thought I'd give them one more chance. Glad I did. They were super friendly and very professional. Everything was a pleasure. Great teeth, great smile. Thanks, Paul
