Stop allowing criminals to move in ,
It used to be half way decent. But now I'm seeing more and more graffiti. People out at all hours of the night being loud with little or no regard for neighbors. The maintenance guy doesn't ever finish what he starts. Some of it I even have to do myself. Glad we're moving. Seems like the owners only repair when absolutely necessary.
