We understand ****'s frustration, however we found multiple layers of bad decking that was unforeseen until roof tear off. We quickly made the homeowner aware and negotiated the terms of the price of the extra material and labor. We were under the impression ************** and the real estate agents involved in the transaction/ project were all pleased with the prompt service, communication and install. We are happy to discuss further if they feel we fell short. We don't want him to feel disheartened so we will be in touch.
Aspen did a really great job on my roof. They were extremely quick and precise down to the tee. They were real easy to work with and kept me posted on all things that was going on. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants good quality work done and in a timely manner. Thank you guys so much. Be using you guys in the future.

I have major regrets about ever having chosen this company to replace my roof. They installed a new roof in 2017 and since that time it has leaked 4 times. The second to last time it leaked it damaged drywall and hardwood flooring. They claim to have repaired the roof properly each time but it keeps recurring. They sent a subcontractor to repair the damage to the hardwood floor who demonstrated extremely shoddy workmanship. This is the second time that we have used Aspen and we have been very pleased both times. They are professional, punctual, great at communication and take pride in their work! We are very happy with our new roof and will definitely refer them to others!!
Aspen did a great job on our roof. They were easy to work with and worked as a go between with our insurance company which was very helpful. It was also extremely beneficial to have them take care of the damaged gutters, ***********. No need to hire and juggle other companies.Our **** *************************** was on top of everything, kept us updated every step of the way and is an all around great guy!Would highly recommend Aspen.
