Elvin came out the same day we called him for a bid. He gave us a good quote and he got our gutters and heat tape completed all in the same week. Elvin just finished a couple sections of gutter on my house. He did an excellent job and definitely knows what he's doing. But most importantly, he answers his phone, he answers texts. He actually knows how to communicate. Something the bulk of other contractors around these parts do not grasp. Like at all. I reached out to 3 other roofing contractors and never heard back from 2 of them, and the third replied, yet never came to the house to see the project even though he said he was going to.
