Great gym and great trainers. Lexi was great to work with and had hard but fun workouts. I learned a lot and lost a lot of weight.
Aspen is a really great facility. The entire staff is really friendly and helpful. Lexi is awesome! She is incredibly supportive, and her classes are really fun, yet challenging!

Zumba with Alayna is awesome, Tabata core with Chrystal kicks your buns, Kay kills us with cardio circuit, power yoga is awesome and Body pump with Laurie does a great job of shaping your muscles!! I get stronger every day-love it-well let’s say I have a love-hate relationship!
Brand new facilities, super friendly ownership and management and some of the best personal trainers around. Helped me get super shredded for summer. 😎💪🏽
This is a great gym for anyone looking! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Equipment is always organized and clean. Having a friendly face greet you everyday is always an added touch to the day. The trainers are great to work with and help break everything down to your understanding! 10/10 recommend! 💪🏻
No better gym than Aspen Athletics in Ankeny. The exercise equipment, sauna, even a cool plunge pool...they’re top notch! And if you want personal training, trust me you want personal training, ask Aspen how they can team you up with the right guy or gal. I truly 💙 Aspen!
I ride with my boyfriend every morning, and don’t like bringing my keys. Blaire checks me in every time without me having to tell her my name! The gym is well-kept, and there’s always someone to greet you and tell you bye at the door! It’s also open 24-hours now which is great!
