TL;DR easy to sign up but don't trust them when you cancel. Clearly there are far more reputable companies out there. We requested to terminate our month to month membership with them due to COVID safety concerns. At the time my wife signed the paperwork to end things and was told that it was good for the both of us. However they continued to charge me and when contacted refused to issue a refund. Horrible! Since CDC says they can be open, the fact that I don’t want my 17 year old daughter to go to a gym doesn’t matter, still have to pay or be sent to collection!
The staff, albeit friendly, does not answer emails in a timely manner. I had sent 3 emails over the course of 1 1/2 weeks with questions regarding our membership status in light of COVID-19, and from the most recent email I sent, it took another two weeks to receive a response from the location manager. The response I eventually did receive was a canned message that still does not answer my specific questions. As a result, I find communication to be poor and disorganized. I expect better service than I’ve received.

I love training with Tina Ricaurte! She is so fun and encouraging. She always makes sure to answer any questions I have and keeps our workouts interesting with plenty of variety.
2 minutes ago I really enjoy lifting at Aspen, the racks are organized and clean and there is a great area for agility and athletic training. One of the trainers, Tina Ricaurte, showed me new exercises with that equipment. I also love how friendly and available the staff are for assistance.
I had an excellent time training with Tina Ricaurte, who showed me a variety of fun and challenging exercises and helped me with stretching and posture. The staff and patrons were all in a good mood and it was easy to see why - the layout and design of the gym felt very inviting. I'm definitely coming back!
The trainers are top notch!!
