I love teaching group exercise classes at Aspen in Ankeny, because we have wonderful members, who are super friendly, care about their health, have fitness goals, support each other and are brave. Its a joy to be a part of this amazing community in a beautiful and clean facility that has a variety of classes, space and equipment for anyone’s needs. I love being greeted with a smile of our front desk staff.
I transferred membership from another (more expensive) fitness club in Ankeny recently. While I loved the group fitness classes at the other gym, the instructors here at Aspen are so much friendlier and make a point of learning your name and acquainting you with other members. They build a sense of family among participants. Fun classes, excellent instructors. I feel like I belong here after only one month. I also love the friendly greeting every time I walk in the door and when I leave.
I love working with Lexi on a regular basis. She is clearly knowledgeable and is able to push me to accomplish my goals. Highly recommend
Lexi is a great personal trainer! She genuinely cares about your fitness & nutritional goals and wants to see you succeed. She is energetic and helps you understand what you need to do to see results!
The staff is friendly, the machines are nice to work on and there’s enough room to work out. I enjoy coming here. I don’t feel weird like people are staring I’m just doing my own workout.
Great atmosphere and welcoming staff. Blair is always there early in the morning with a smile!
