Nick is the best trainer! The staff are all friendly. Very welcoming environment. Highly recommended!
Everytime I go in the staff is a always smiling! If you're looking for a personal trainer ask for Nick he is amazing at his profession. He is motivational and supporting! I love how they offer the "cold pool" it's almost like an ice bath it's literally 2 feet away from the hot tub. They also have a sauna!! Enough cardio, free weights and machines to last the busy hours! Great place. If I had to choose a negative the women's showers are always out of order. But still a great place to get your muscle on! All of the staff here are really helpful and friendly. I love the open concept of the space. They have a ton of different options for cardio equipment as well as weights. I love the respa and executive lockers too! I work with a trainer seth here and he is awesome. I would highly recommend this gym and the price is good too.
If you enjoy a spacious gym with all the equipment you need, and very generous and humble staff, this is the place! Personal trainers are what motivates me beyond anything, Aspens trainers know routines!
