Horrible customer service. I just don't understand why if I have a membership at another location & am able to use all the other locations except this one. I was told, however, I could cancel my membership, join at the Ankeny location (and pay another joining fee), & be able to use all the locations this way. So ridiculous!
I've been in a lot of gyms in the Greater Des Moines area. Snaps, Anytimes, Fitness Worlds. IMO Ankeny Aspen has shot to the top of the list!
Awesome equipment for the price of a basic membership. Great open space, very clean and staff everywhere to ensure you're doing ok. Cannot wait until all renovations are complete.
First day open. Have never worked out in a brand new gym, with brand new equipment in my 30+ years of lifting! Love the Hammer Strength equipment! Opening day got pushed back a bit, but so far, it was worth the wait ���
