Have been a member over a year and since it's opening. I enjoy the variety of equipment available to members as well as the friendly staff. Group fitness classes take into consideration what members like and provide challenging workouts for personal fitness growth. Impact Fitness and group fitness coordinator, Janell McMullen, is fantastic!
The staff is very helpful & friendly. Landon was my trainer. He is very patient and makes sure you understand how to use the equipment. I've been to other gyms & they didn't give a hoot To Help a "senior ". He also has great knowledge of nutrition. He listens to your goals and challenges. The facility is bright, clean and has many machines & and equipment. The prices are great.
I had some issues with my experiences there and voiced my opinion about them. Recently I received a phone call from the club owner where we talked through my concerns in depth. I really appreciated the hands on personal approach by the management of the club.
Terrible customer service. Treated my wife awful when she tried to ask about the poor conditions in the gym. Charges were made on our account without any notice. When we called to ask what was happening, we were told "Well, deal with it." The manager is rude and treats the gym members with complete disrespect.
