It was a great workout and the people there are always helpful and nice.
The staff are great and the gym has everything you need for a good workout. Could benefit from some updates but fancy new toys won't change how hard one works out. If you need a High class or hoity Toity environment in order to feel good about your workout - this might not be the gym for you.
Do not go to the SE 14th location. The staff there is nice but the place is a dump. The Merle Hay location is clean and well maintained and and staff is awesome. If you're going use Aspen go to Merle Hay.
