Recommendedpretty decent gym...best I cld find in des Moines...everyone ain't exactly the friendliest but if ur just wanting to get a workout in this is the place to do it..
i recommend that you live for something better let go of those that impress insecurity upon you
clean and friendly staff! A lot different options for cardio & weight lifting.
Aspen athletics are a bunch of criminals. In order to cancel your membership they want proof of moving or a doctors notice. What is this? Don’t ever sign up.
If you want a place with a lot of equipment for every body muscle this is the place to go.
Great classes and instructors.💪
I haven’t switched my membership over to Aspen yet but it’s gonna happen soon! Love the classes!
