They came out to fix my a/c. The a/c appeared to be working for about an hour and then stopped working again. They never answer their phone or return phone calls. My warranty company also tried to contact them via email and phone with no luck. We are on day 4 with no a/c in Arizona. The whole transaction made me feel uneasy as they came in an unmarked van called from a number that shows it belongs to a garage door company and they did not thoroughly inspect the system
Aspen Air was sent out to us by our home warranty company and everything seemed normal until they wouldn't answer their phone, several times the voice mailbox was full! When they finally arrived a week later to install the new handler we were told it wouldn't fit and it would require extra work to make it fit.
