So disappointed in ASP pool company in regards to cleaning my pool. Had them about a year the manager was the only one that did a good job… Had 3 or 4 others that did not do good work… the last guy was on his phone more than cleaning the pool. Very sad to see people care so little about doing a good job …. Don’t waste your money with this company
This is the worst pool company ever . they have broken my pool that I have had to repair because they said they were going to charge me for repairs that they broke. When they come out they don't do anything myself and my husband have cleaned and fixed the chemicals because the "maintenance" people didn't do it right. They have double charged me this week alone. $400. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls in a timely manner. I will be cancelling them and looking for another company. Wish I could give 0 stars
The worst service ever! They serve our subdivision and we never had such a bad service. The water in the pool has maggots and they never care to come on time to clean it. They are always late and our pool is always closed because of them. Stay away!
excellent work, wonderful customer service! Preston is timely, and lets me know if he is running late and why. He leaves my pool sparkling clean every time. Highly recommend him and ASP!
