With a complex with company in West Texas for almost 10 years. 3 of them great until they start charging for water bill, unlawfully allocated, no meter to check, no way a family of 4 racks up a $200 bill Ina month when the average bill in the city is less than $90, now threatened to be evicted because we can't pay the water they yall want. RUN as fast as you can. Had a horrible experience at Charter Oaks Apts in Euless and instead of them refunding me for the application I submitted for $400, they only refunded me $250 then blocked my phone number from calling the corporate office, wow. Will Deez, I thought you were going to stick to your word, but you did the opposite.

My experience with this management company has been disappointing due to how reported maintenance and sanitation concerns were handled. I notified the office after observing insects emerging from drains and wall outlets, which raises serious habitability and health concerns—especially in a unit with a child. This is the absolute worst management company. They aren’t doing anything to make sure the properties are run efficiently and effectively. It takes forever if at all to get service orders actually completed and usually they aren’t even fixed. It’s ridiculous how much they don’t care about the tenants living in their properties. They want us to pay on time, but they don’t want to fix anything in a timely manner. Do your research. If ASMC is the management company, go somewhere else. Cortland and Dayrise are great!!
