Amherst apartments are literally some of the worst apartments I've lived in, and I've been living in apartments for almost 20 years now. I had a better experience in the 3 years I lived at Westdale Hills, like.... There's a new maintenance issue every week, old appliances (dishes always come out dirty from the dishwasher so I just hand wash most of them now), stairs are falling apart, carpet is way past the 5 year change me out mark, neighbors are ridiculous loud. Not a family friendly company. Water in the walls of this property and just spraypainted over the damaged dtywall. That's a fix. Take pictures, get everything in writing, and have an attorney in mind when deciding to move out of property.

If only I could rate them a ZERO… let’s start with the management company, they are not here to resolve anything. Definitely makes sense as to why they have such a low rating. The company never answers any phone call and the one time they did, Laurie, the regional for Branch Creek apartments was not at all helpful. She did not leave an email or phone number as to where to we can reach her. Titus, the manager for the Branch Creek apartments, is really shady. I have been trying for 5 months to have someone respond back to me about an issue with the Amherst Apartments. I have called about 50 times or more and only get an answering machine. The 3 times I did speak to someone. He said he would have someone contact me and I have not heard from anyone. What a joke
