This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are put in place to escalate apartment property concerns and are a joke. They, along with the apartment companies, send you on a loop back and forth between a bunch of employees and literally never resolve anything. They ignore emails and phone calls. They lie to tenants, statigg no that they will intervene or handle concerns and nothing ever gets handled. No accountability. All lies.
With a complex with company in West Texas for almost 10 years. 3 of them great until they start charging for water bill, unlawfully allocated, no meter to check, no way a family of 4 racks up a $200 bill Ina month when the average bill in the city is less than $90, now threatened to be evicted because we can't pay the water they yall want. Update: Will Deez helped me get all of the money spent on applying for the apartment. I appreciate his help and patience during this whole ordeal.
RUN as fast as you can. Had a horrible experience at Charter Oaks Apts in Euless and instead of them refunding me for the application I submitted for $400, they only refunded me $250 then blocked my phone number from calling the corporate office, wow. Will Deez, I thought you were going to stick to your word, but you did the opposite.
My experience with this management company has been disappointing due to how reported maintenance and sanitation concerns were handled. I notified the office after observing insects emerging from drains and wall outlets, which raises serious habitability and health concerns—especially in a unit with a child. Although pest control has been requested multiple times, the response has been limited to routine spraying only, with no treatment to drains, wall entry points, or other areas where activity was observed.
