There’s a little squirrel friend came into our townhouse over the weekend, chewed through the air duct and this prompted us to call an air duct cleaning company. My first call was on Sunday. Unfortunately, my experience with ASM Air Duct Cleaning Houston was extremely disappointing. They showed up late with no prior notice, and when they finally arrived, the technician seemed rushed and unprepared. The service felt very superficial — they were in and out far too quickly for what was supposed to be a thorough air duct cleaning. After they left, I noticed little to no improvement in air quality, and upon further inspection, there was still visible dust and debris inside the vents.
