Scott is professional and courteous. He was THE ONLY contractor willing to provide service on the same day. I've used Scott in the past and he was just as accommodating then. He arrived and got right down to it, diagnosed the problem and offered a solution that was suitable to my situation. Pricing is reasonable and quality of work is solid.
Had Scott come out to do the Spring AC tune up. Scott was on time and very professional. He took the time to show me the tests that he was running and explained the meter readings and results. My system is 9 years old. He was the first AC Tech that discovered that my two outside units were connected to the wrong inside evaporator coils which was causing the upstairs unit to under perform.
