Absolutely below acceptable communication - office and phone system are a complete mess - took 2 weeks of multiple phone calls to refill a prescription and 2 months for my gastro to get in touch with the doctor - they simply refused to return another doctor's call or follow up. I am trying to cancel and have been on hold for 5 minutes appointment right now . They are a mess
