I reached out to this counseling center for a friend who needed to see a psychiatrist ASAP to refill a prescription. After THREE days of trying to reach someone other than the receptionist & leaving voicemails for Lucia (or was it Lucy?), I finally got in touch with Lucia who asked my friend a ton of standard questions. She showed absolutely no empathy/concern/urgency.
