Unfortunately, I have to give a star in order to complete the review process on this site, though even one star is misleading. Our office space at 1528 Walnut Street has been broken into twice in the past four months which has been met with total disregard and apathy. When we called to have our locks changed because of a break-in, we were asked why. When we replied that 'wouldn't anyone want a lock changed after a break-in' we were met with "don't get all ironic on me" by whomever the head, go-to guy is at ASI. Not too smart... read more

Strawberry Court Apts. After living here for a year, there were a number of things that I wanted fixed--from small, such as dividing the bathroom fan and overhead light switch into two separate switches, to large--such as a new refrigerator. My requests were courteously received, discussed, and professionally fulfilled. During this update, I had two kitchen ceiling leaks that were immediately tended to. Strawberry Courts Apt. – I just moved out of an apartment at Strawberry Court after a three year residency at Jefferson. The apartment was terrific and whenever I needed help with something, Colleen and Daniel at the office were extremely accommodating and helpful. Old City is beautiful, but it is difficult to buy groceries in a walk able proximity, especially if you don't have a car.

Great place in Old City – My husband and I lived at Strawberry Court for 4 years before we bought our house and had no problems during our stay. Colleen and Dan in the management office were very helpful and responded quickly to maintenance calls and the other tenants are friendly and considerate. Parking in Old City can be tricky if you don't rent a spot or have visitors and the neighborhood can be rowdy on the weekend nights but overall we would recommend them.

Poor Management; Run-down Properties – ASI is slow to respond to maintenance calls and is a poor management company all around. My experience is with their Strawberry Court Apartment. The apartment building is infested with mice and rats and they have done absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I had numerous leaks in my ceiling, from air conditioning , toilets, showers, etc. ASI Management will leave you with a leaking ceiling for weeks if you do no constantly pester them to come and fix the problem.
