UPDATE: GAVE HER ANOTHER CHANCE. SHE CANCELLED ON SHORT NOTICE AGAIN. THAT’S TWICE IN A ROW. SO ANGRY 😡 I am kicking myself for not considering the reviews before scheduling. I wish I hadn’t even taken my teenager in for an initial appointment, because it gave him hope that someone cared to help him. The therapist, “M”, cancelled on us on very short notice - an hour before his second appointment - she won’t even return phone calls or respond to emails after several days. I do not recommend if you are needing any sort of mental health. While I recognize that one counselor is not a direct reflection on the entire company, I also find it very concerning that they would employ someone so flakey and unreliable in the mental health profession.
