Dr. Patel is a great doctor - knowledgeable, caring and an expert in his field. I had disc issues, specifically spinal stenosis and a herniated disc, causing pain in my legs when standing or walking. Dr. Patel diagnosed the problem, and performed an operation at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Within days, I was feeling better, and now the pain is completely gone. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Patel is a phenomenal doctor and human being! A year ago he did a two level disc replacement in my neck. Today I am pain and symptom free. I am so thankful! Last year I was losing the use of my left arm. Things are normal again. Twenty years ago he operated on my low back. Same result. Twenty years of being able to live my life in a way I would not have been able to without his help.
Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and caring. As well as being interested in the well-being of his patients, he is also working to further the medical profession.
So impressed with entire team at Kennedy White- very professional and thorough. Feel confident about upcoming back surgery knowing I will be in capable hands!

Would highly recommend Dr Patel and his team to anyone, Highly prepared re my case from review of my MRI, and added to knowledge both thru a round of Xrays taken when I arrived and a detailed interview and exam by the PA. Dr Patel consulted the PA before seeing me and then interviewed me at length and reviewed the new Xrays in conjunction with the MRI. Dr Patel is not only incredibly skilled professionally. He is kind and takes the time to explain what the issue is and answered my concerns.
I am very impressed with Dr. Patel but sadly, today I only saw his assistant, Scott -- who is very nice but I thought I had an appointment with Dr. Patel!
He’s a great doctor. But his scheduling/ wait time is the absolute worst. Every time I have seen him it’s been over an hour wait.
