I have lived at Ashton Woods for one year now, and my experience has been great! Good school district. Great manager!!!
I have lived at Ashton Woods for a number of years and I think it is a great place to reside. It's close to Easton with easy access to interstate 270. The rooms are spacious and all aparment units have firesplaces which I use regularly during the cold months. The rent is very affordable with a good management team.
I really enoy living here, this is my third year. When things need fixing, the maintenance guy is right on it. The manager is very nice and helpful.
Great location; it is close enough to the freeway for use but far enough so noise is not an issue. Quiet location, great neighbors, apartment manager is always helpful for any issues that may come up.
Although I have only lived here a few months I find this to be a GREAT community to live in. It is always quiet, the office manager is wonderful and maintenance is speedy and efficient. The apartments are very roomy and the additional exterior storage is a definite plus as is the carport that comes with each apartment. I have been living at Ashton Woods Apartments for about six months and have been satisfied with the service and amenities. The neighborhood has been safe and quiet, the apartment is spacious, and is a better deal than I've found in other places in Columbus. The building manager is easy to contact in case of a problem and is very pleasant to deal with.
Very nice apartments with lots of space, and very quiet area. Easy access to Hwy 270, or Hwy 71. Very nice manager!
A wonderful apartment and area. The manager is very nice. The maintenance guy always come and take care of any repairs. Good schools nearby.
I have just retired but finding and living in a community like what we have here at Ashton Woods Apartment complex is a must and a plus for people like my wife and I. A residential community mixture of people with varying age ranges makes us feel like we're in a place we can call home. This is close to 270 freeway and 161 to get to the Amish Communities in Berlin and the rest. For somebody like myself who is fond of fishing, Hoover Reservoir is like stone's throw away.
