Lived here about 10 years ago, the floor plan is awesome but if you don't live on the top floor its annoying as hell. You can hear everything. I had to move when the cops locked down the neighborhood looking for 2 fellons.
First off: We were paid $40 to write 2 positive reviews at the beginning of the year 2012, so if you see all those positive reviews, that is why. They are FALSE. This place does not deserve a positive review AT ALL. Second: DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE RENTER'S INSURANCE. Three out of the four ground floor apartments in my building have been broken into, and many more in other buildings have also been broken into. Don't be fooled by all of the good reviews. Ashton Woods offered a $40.00 credit to anyone who wrote two positive reviews of the apartment complex on this Web site. If someone parks in your assigned space, don't expect management to take your side, Despite the fact that the carports clearly state that any unauthorized vehicles will be towed, management will allow them to park in your space and tell you to get over it. Whenever a problem may arise, my resident advisor has always been quick to respond. Very kind and willing to help however and whenevere she can.
Ashton Woods is a great place to live . It is peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. I like the floorplan of my apartment, all of the amenities and the tree-filled setting outside. The resident manager is very friendly and accomaditing and being so close to Easton and 270 makes it very convienent.
Ashton Woods is a wonderful place to live. My wife and I love our apartment and the wonderful view of the trees, especially in the fall season. We have very nice neighbors, and the maintenance guy is very prompt when needed. Ms Pam is a very nice and helpful manager.
I have been a resident for about two years. I love my vaulted ceiling and sitting on my balcony looking out at the woods. I'm very pleased with the performance my manager has given. She is very nice and gets the job done. My neighbors are very friendly, and we get along very well. I plan on staying here a long time.
ashton woods is a great place to live! the apartments are spacious and open. fireplace and carport are great ammenities, and my cats love all the windows! Pam is a great manager, and any problems are taken care of promptly. I feel very safe here. the property is beautiful and well kept. Great value--I plan on being here for a long time!
The management here is great. I love the area and sitting on my deck looking at the trees and the woods.
