Calvin and Tony did an outstanding job seeing the ticket through and finding the solution to the "Activate Windows" issue that I was having. Being a Microsoft licensing issue where the key was "missing" I thought that I would probably have to have windows reinstalled at best and at worst just live with the issue until getting a new PC in a couple years. Ashton has consistently provided superior IT support. I always have very prompt service for everything from building out a new laptop to adding a printer. I highly recommend them for everything IT!!

*Onboarding process never completed. *Continuous employee confusion, resulting in many consulting fees. *On boarding failures never recognized by action. *Without prompting Ashton owner, terminates contract. Perhaps the owner should reallocate their lavish party and promotional funds towards additional employees and training.
