The best service I’ve had in a while.
Calvin and Tony did an outstanding job seeing the ticket through and finding the solution to the "Activate Windows" issue that I was having. Being a Microsoft licensing issue where the key was "missing" I thought that I would probably have to have windows reinstalled at best and at worst just live with the issue until getting a new PC in a couple years. However, Tony and Calvin were able to track down what the real issue was (Windows should have been upgraded to Pro not Enterprise) and then resolve the issue. I really apprec... read more
