In the two years we lived here things continually broke, and maintenance took forever to fix them. Our microwave, dishwasher, front door, water heater, heat, and other things all remained broken for sometimes months on end. Management was never easy to work with, giving us contradicting answers to our issues. Turn over rate was pretty high for maintenance and office staff while we were here, so that might explain it. The office and maintenance staff have always been very helpful whenever we've had a problem in our apartment. I'm so grateful for the patience and kindness of each person, the attention, and the service they provide whenever we need them.
Office staff are really helpful they get stuff done Fast
Very ghetto , very rude. Don't do their job then get major attitudes when asked to do their job. They like to call you, then YELL at you when you return their phone call in hopes that they've done their job
Management is a crazy joke lol.. dont move here!!!
