RecommendedGreat staff. Great prices. Great community
We currently live here, the people are really nice however something is wrong with our apartment.... the last 3 months we have paid $1500 in electric bills.... Our A/C always runs, apartment is never cool... anyway, I don’t recommend the apartments unless your ready pay a steep electric bill.
Very nice and quiet place to live. The only thing that bothers me is that people don’t have there dogs on leashes. Also they say they don’t allow big dogs but yet I saw a girl with a pit bull dog and it wasn’t on a leash. I’m scared that other dogs with attack my fur babies. They really need to tell residents to keep dogs on leashes.
Leased for one year, we really enjoyed it. It was nice and quiet and we were always able to find parking. The pool was relaxing and maintenance was always on top of things. Only thing was when we finally bought a home, we waited two months after our lease ended to get our deposit back, which they told us it would take no more than 4 weeks. They certainly grabbed our money for that deposit three months before I even moved in but took just as long after to get it back. Ridiculous.
My husband and I moved to Lubbock nearly 2 years ago and these apartments have been a great place to live!
Stayed here for 3 months. The place was awfully quiet. I guess I'm used to noisy spaces. Spent my first winter here. Sooo cold❄️.

If this is the Ashton Pointe Apartments that is in Dallas Texas and they rebuilt them, then I Love them because I use to live in them and work there. But if they are not, I like the name!
