RecommendedI’ve lived here for 3 years and any issues that arose were taken care of in a friendly and timely manner. I love living at Ashton Pointe, the community being gated gives me a sense of security. Maintenance and office staff are great people. Happy new year AP! Pretty nice place to live. I haven’t had any issues in the 3 years I’ve lived here. I really really REALLY wish parking was better enforced though. Rarely are we able to park in front of our building because non-residents/motorcycles/boats are being stored there. Quite frustrating and nothing is ever done when we call the office ☹️ Really my only complaint. Katelee is great! I lived here for 2 years and enjoyed my time here. Maintenance was always very quick and efficient at taking care of any issues I had. Everyone in the leasing office has been so friendly. It is a quiet community. The business center came in very handy on more than one occasion. My only complaint would be about the parking. There are only six covered spots in front of my building and a lot of times, especially during the winter, non residents are parked there. Staff are fabulous! Always willing to help! Maintenance is always helpful! This is my second year living here and I have enjoyed it. The only complaint I have is parking.... covered parking is an issue in front of my building... When I moved in I was told first come for RESIDENTS... assuming that means they have an AP sticker in their windshield... I have noticed a lot of non-residents in the covered spots in front of my building, residents guests. There are 8(+) apartment, not including garage apartments... and only 6 cover... read more
