This is an absolutely great place to live! I love being here. Super quiet upstairs. Don’t know about down stairs. Kids go to the playground and have a good time and we walk our dog every night!!
We lived at Ashton Parc for 7 months and were given a 30 day notice to vacate due to one of my roommates getting arrested. Before moving, I spent 4 hours cleaning the whole apartment and paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned (which is required when you move). We then received a letter in the mail saying that we owed them $2,700! $80 for cleaning, which I have photo proof of exactly how I left it and it did NOT need to be cleaned after I had cleaned it. $30 for paint, $310 for labor.
