This is an absolutely great place to live! I love being here. Super quiet upstairs. Don’t know about down stairs. Kids go to the playground and have a good time and we walk our dog every night!!
We lived at Ashton Parc for 7 months and were given a 30 day notice to vacate due to one of my roommates getting arrested. Before moving, I spent 4 hours cleaning the whole apartment and paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned (which is required when you move). We then received a letter in the mail saying that we owed them $2,700! $80 for cleaning, which I have photo proof of exactly how I left it and it did NOT need to be cleaned after I had cleaned it. $30 for paint, $310 for labor. I do not recommned Ashton Parc. The apartment shown to us was very different from the actual apartment in which we were assigned to live. The structure is very old and this is the noisiest place Ive ever lived in my life. The only concern I had prior to moving in was the noise level, which I as assured by Ashton Parc employees how quiet the units were. We were told our unit was brand new with hardwood floors......this was not the case as we were assigned a unit with cheap carpet, there is mold in every cabinet, and the bathr... read more

The management staff are unprofessional and rude. Theyll find any reason to evict! The one manager lady lives there and is on patrol-driving in circles every few hrs every day. If you do want to rent there bow down to them-since the property manager is the owners daughter in-law.
Renting from Ashton Parc was one of the worst experiences of my life. The property managers are very unprofessional. Overall, this company does very sketchy business and I would not recommend this company to anyone.Save yourself the headache and the money.
Rent is entirely too high! Everything in my apt. is broken, we have bad rodent problems, my apt. has flooded and I fear mold. I dont really think they care about anything but making money. Make this place a last resort...

DO NOT RENT FROM ASHTON PARK! First of all they made it seem like it was a \$300 *deposit*. Wrong. \$175 = service fee. Second, they make a 2 bedroom apartment seem like its \$519 a month. Its not. You HAVE to pay them \$555 a month for rent. That includes certain utilities they make it seem like they cover. They should say its \$555 a month and they pay those select utilities.
